Our Staff
Mr. Gary Linares, our Chief Operations Officer
Gary oversees day-to-day operations and manages client relations. With over 30 years of experience in the construction and workforce development industry, Mr. Linares has trained over a thousand individuals, aiding them in entering the construction field.
In addition to running our company, he provides workforce development training, mentorship, and support to both new and existing partners. His extensive knowledge and experience in the construction field have been instrumental in securing community involvement and new funding sources.
Gary holds several certifications, including NCCER Certification, OSHA Certification as an Instructor, and Site Safety Instructor. He delivers courses such as SST-10, 4-hour Scaffold, 62-hour Supervisor, and Chapter 33.
Ivette Guzman-Cintron, PhD
Ivette is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in Business Consulting, Development, Project Management, Training, Curriculum Development, and Instructional Design. With over a decade as a Grant Specialist, she has secured millions in funding for non-profits and educational institutions. Ivette excels in the entire grant lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to managing funds. She has a high success rate with federal, state, and private grants. She earned her PhD in Education with a focus on Instructional Design from Capella University and an undergraduate degree in Information Technology with an emphasis on Network Administration.
Passionate about making a difference, she has worked with diverse organizations, building strong relationships with stakeholders, funders, and program staff to secure funding and implement projects successfully.
